How to Create Custom Printing
Need a Custom Project Plan?

Send us your idea
The first step is to send us your idea. If you don’t have art work, we can create something for you. Simple art work is FREE!

Approval
While you gather sizes for you order, we will create a mock up of your design and email you for approval. We will contact you when the email is sent.

Production
Once you approve your design and mock-up, your order will move into production. Production time is usually 2-3 weeks. We do offer rush orders for a fee.

How long will the process take?
We usually have art work and mock-ups completed within 2-3 business days. Once that is done and you approve, production can take 2-3 weeks. We also have a 1 week rush production available for an additional 10% of your order total.
Why not just order from the “big guys”?
First of all, we are a local company that is very active in our community. We support local sports teams, non-profits, and schools. Our motto is “buy local.” We offer personalized service through the entire process. You are not just a number to us. You are family.
How does the billing process work?
If you are a first-time customer, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be paid upon delivery. Repeating customers do not need to pay a deposit. We can also handle purchase orders and Net30 terms.
Pricing depends on several factors, such as type of decoration (embroidery, screen, DTF), number of print locations, number of colors in the design, and type of garment. Because of this, we don’t have a “set” price. We DO NOT charge screen and set up fees like most printers do. When you get a quote from us, it is all-inclusive, including FREE delivery within 25 miles of Denham Springs, LA.
Do you offer other apparel printing?
Yes. We offer embroidery, as well as full sublimation on sports apparel (uniforms, jerseys, etc.). We also offer DTF, but only for very small orders.
Because screen printing is a time consuming process, we require a minimum of 24 shirts. If you wish to do a smaller order, we recommend DTF, although screen printing is far superior in quality.
